Despite our efforts to represent products as accurately as possible with photographs and other images on this website, some products may appear larger or smaller. Even the colors may be slightly different from the photos / images.
As each piece of jewelry is handmade, it may differ slightly from the image shown.
Prices may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time.
The creation of hypertext links to this site goldsmith.ch for commercial use is not authorized. Hypertext links to third party websites are not allowed. Dominò Orafa Sagl declines all responsibility in case of violation of these conditions.
Orders:
To purchase our products and services you must be over 18 years old.
It is prohibited to make purchases in the online store for commercial purposes. In particular, the resale of goods ordered in the online shop is prohibited.
Product prices include VAT.
The jewelry purchased and shipped outside Switzerland are VAT exempt. For this reason, the total without VAT is calculated at the end of the purchase process.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the jewelry but are calculated at the end of the purchase process.
For international shipments (outside Switzerland): we will ship the jewelry in packages marked as "merchandise" so they will be subject to taxation and duties of your country. These costs are charged to the customer.
We will not ship any products until payment is received.
The timing for creating jewelry shown on the site is indicative and may vary. We do not accept claims for creation and shipping times. If the creation times vary greatly, we will contact you. If you need a jewelry for an exact date, please contact us.
The jewelry is reserved for you only upon receipt of payment.
Shipping
Shipping costs in Switzerland 10 Fr, free of charge over a purchase of 500 Fr.
Shipping costs in Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Ireland, England, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxembourg: 1'000 Fr. Free on a purchase of 1'000 Fr.
Shipping costs for all other countries: 150 Fr. Free for a purchase above 1'000 Fr.
Returns, defects:
Only the jewelry immediately available at the time of order can be returned. The jewelry not available at the time of the order will be created specifically, we do not accept returns for these jewelry. Even discounted, engraved or personalized jewelry are not refundable.
The jewelry must be returned in their original condition, not worn and/or damaged and in their own box, accompanied by the e-commerce receipt Dominò Orafa Sagl.
The order is shipped in a registered package with insurance. The customer is required to check the goods delivered upon receipt. In case of non-complaint within 5 days of receipt of the package, the goods will be considered impeccable, accepted by the customer and the sale will be final.
If you wish to return one or more jewelry, please contact us by e-mail support@orafa.ch within 20 days of receiving the package . If the return is granted, you will have 10 days to send us the jewelry.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return of the jewelry and you assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We take no responsibility for lost parcels. We recommend sending the package with a tracking code as proof of your protection.
After receiving the parcel with the jewelry you have returned to us, and if all the requirements described on this page will be met, you will be refunded the money (minus shipping costs) in 30 working days.
Jewelry Guarantee
The jewelry are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery (Article 210 CO).
We guarantee that the jewelry purchased from our site are flawless. Any irregularities are not defects but confirm the authenticity of the product.
Our responsibility for defective products is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the jewelry. To report a defect, please send an email to support@orafa.ch .
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to: improper use; failure to follow the instructions of the product or perform any maintenance operations; modifications; unauthorized repair; normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents.
Jewelry with fingerprint
For the creation of these jewelry it is necessary to take the mold of your fingerprint. For this purpose, a kit with explanations will be sent to you for free. The latter is to be delivered or sent to the atelier, shipping costs are charged to the customer (shipping costs are free in Switzerland). The creation time of these jewelry is to be calculated from the moment of receipt of the mold in the atelier.
Every jewelry with your fingerprint is unique, for this reason it will be similar to the jewelry shown in the photos, but it will not be identical.
The more the fingerprint is visible on the mold and the more it will be visible on the jewelry.
Other
The ring size may differ slightly depending on the type of ring. We are not responsible for your wrong order regarding the wrong size of the rings.
The size of some rings can not be changed (for example, the rings from the Ferro Prezioso collection).
The oxidation of silver, black rhodium and white rhodium are superficial workings of jewelry and are not permanent colors.
However, in most jewelry, it is possible to re-submit the jewelry to the specific procedure to make it reacquire the color before wear. Please contact us for further information.

Your data is not sold to third parties.
From the moment the user browses the pages of orafa.ch, the servers automatically record information of a general nature concerning the navigation in progress, in the form of cookies.
